The room was clean. Staff was helpful.
Room 05 wasn't ready upon my arrival. It seemed like previous guests just left. The secure back door was wedged open. My key was left on top of the key lock box.

Comfortable stay near Fox Valley

The room was spacious and clean. The bed provided great comfort. A good shower room was available. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were supplied. Checking in proved quite simple. A fenced beer garden can be found. The beer prices seemed fair compared to other pubs I have visited.
The only slight issue I encountered involved climbing three flights of metal fire escape stairs when the pub was closed and this was a bit icy one morning.

My room was recently renovated, thus clean. I found the bed very comfortable. The shower was lovely and big. Tea and coffee were also provided along with Borders biscuits.

The pub looked clean and bright. I noticed the beer prices were very low. Dinner at the nearby Greek Village was superb. This contributed to a wonderful value for the money I spent.

the staff were helpful and accommodating. i needed a bit of isolation, yet the hotel offered access to nearby facilities. i found many eateries in the area, including supermarkets and fast food options. free parking at the rear of the building was available and very convenient.
the blackout blinds were not effective in blocking the bright lights outside.

the staff demonstrates friendliness and helpfulness at all times. check-in arrangements include a key safe. the staff in the bar quickly helped us to resolve this. this contributes to a pleasant overall experience.

The staff was helpful. I appreciated the free parking at the back of the pub! The room was clean. I liked that the room had a tea and coffee tray.
The blinds did not block out the light. I could hear doors opening and closing early in the morning. The noise woke me up repeatedly. Ear plugs did not help much.
