i was so stoked about the location! it was totally worth every penny i spent. everything was smooth!
okay, so, for two days, the cleaning staff totally spaced on taking the coffee mugs when they cleaned my room. it wasn't a huge deal, but i had to grab new towels at reception because they took the old ones and forgot to replace them.

the location rocks because it's close to several metro stations and bus stops. there are also supermarkets and bakeries nearby. the hotel's location is central, yet it's set back from the busy main road.

the staff are young and super courteous. they give you a warm welcome and are always ready to help. i could tell there was always someone at the front desk, even late at night. they are so nice!

The staff were genuinely kind. A handwritten note welcomed us upon arrival. the room's interior design and communal areas were very beautiful. i particularly appreciated the location in the 11th arrondissement. the value for money was fantastic
The room seemed smaller than expected, and sounds traveled easily through the walls. I could hear other guests snoring, not very pleasant.

the room i got wasn't great. the curtain had stains on it and the floor seemed like it wasn't vacuumed. also, i noticed some black mold spots behind the door. i have allergies, so it really bothered me. it just didn't feel clean enough, even though the room itself was okay and quiet.
