the hotel offer a unique concept. there were multiple restaurants across the grounds it was excellent. the main swimming pool was huge with a separate kids pool. the kids pool had water slides as well.

upon arrival, i find the room smelly of damp. the drains give it a bad odor so they gave me a second room but the sink was broken. finally, i get a third room with poor aircon, but i unpack anyway.

the staff was really friendly particularly those at the food court the food was really varied i found excellent choices every day the drinks selection was also wide and of good quality

the service at the 16+ pool was not good at all i had to go to the bar myself most of the time to get drinks the drinks weren't the best either late check out wasn't possible i had a late flight and the spa showers were gross
