food variety local shops
i liked the variety of food options available. the staff was friendly and helpful . i found many shops near the resort if i wanted to explore local goods.
the room cleaning wasnt great, and the cleaning ladies were loud. one lady raised her voice at us. i also lost expensive glasses, but i didnt receive any help with that.

chaotic buffet loud music
the beach was alright, i reckon. it had sand, like.
The buffet was pretty chaotic. It looked more like a school canteen. finding a clean table was like winning a lottery. and the stuff they called 'entertainment'? mostly just loud music i could barely hear.

the food variety was very nice. i could eat almost 24/7. also, the staff are nice and always finding ways to. the entertainment is well thought out too. i always found something to do.

unique concept multiple restaurants separate kids pool damp smell broken sink poor aircon
the hotel offer a unique concept. there were multiple restaurants across the grounds it was excellent. the main swimming pool was huge with a separate kids pool. the kids pool had water slides as well.
upon arrival, i find the room smelly of damp. the drains give it a bad odor so they gave me a second room but the sink was broken. finally, i get a third room with poor aircon, but i unpack anyway.

friendly staff varied food poor service dirty showers
the staff was really friendly particularly those at the food court the food was really varied i found excellent choices every day the drinks selection was also wide and of good quality
the service at the 16+ pool was not good at all i had to go to the bar myself most of the time to get drinks the drinks weren't the best either late check out wasn't possible i had a late flight and the spa showers were gross
