the location is great. everything was easily accessible . the staff was friendly and accommodating. i also found that monsters were readily available on-site, a plus.

the room i was in was small for the price. there was not enough storage for luggage or clothing. this meant i had to rummage through bags to find what i needed . i also noticed a lack of a fridge in the room.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

Central Park was only minutes away. The staff provided really good service, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They gave great restaurant recommendations. I particularly appreciated the complimentary cocktail upon arrival. It was a sweet welcome note.

The gym equipment was a bit dated. I wish the treadmills had better displays.
