A Gem in the City Center
thoughtful touchespresso machine
The location is convenient, close to many attractions. I appreciated the extra amenities available, such as the complimentary bottled water on every floor, a thoughtful touch. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with any needs I had. I loved the 2nd floor "living room" with its espresso machine. It was a good spot to unwind.
I believe better sound insulation would significantly enhance the experience . This detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay.

the location is unbeatable i appreciated being steps away from major landmarks cultural attractions and many dining options getting to central park fifth avenue or broadway was very simple the staff were friendly to any needs i had
the room i stayed in had some outdated furniture i found the collection of cupboards wardrobe desk and chair to be a bit random the absence of daily housekeeping was a surprise it would have been nice to have that service without requesting it the gym was too small

my room had a spacious desk the location felt grateful for me it was across from 30 rock. The service team was great they stored my bags after checkout.
