excellent stay with some slight issues
convenient location easy access friendly room maids nice balcony
The location proved very convenient. the beach was a short four minute walk. i also found easy access to transport options like buses and taxis. grocery stores and several restaurants were nearby. This. the room maids were both helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the nice balcony.
the breakfast buffet could offer more variety. i noticed tables were sometimes not properly cleaned. there was also difficulty locating cutlery on occasion.

Our junior suite included two balconies and provided ample space! the room was clean. Service cleaned it daily. we found the beds comfortable for restful sleep.

The hotel is well-situated. It is close to the main park and many shops. the area felt more residential which was a plus. access to the main beach and harbour was easy too!

I had a steak in the restaurant one evening. It was gorgeous. i also tried the club sandwiches another night. both were tasteful and quite filling! the rooftop bar offers tasteful dishes.

the hotel staff were consistently friendly. they checked in to ensure our comfort and ask if we needed anything extra. i appreciated their attentiveness throughout our stay. the lifts were fast, a benefit.

charmed by the rooftop view!
friendly staff fine view beautiful suite
I found the staff constantly pleasant, they were helpful during my short stay. the receptionist was very friendly, and the restaurant was still open when i arrived late from my flight. i got a beautiful junior suite and the view was fine. It.
The gym could use a little updating. Some of the equipment seemed a bit worn.

my junior suite included two balconies and provided ample space! the suite on the 21st floor featured a fine view, i could see everything. it had a lovely spacious room.

The rooftop sunbathing area and pool are unique. the pool seemed to be located at the highest peak. the restaurant has a good dinner menu. I especially liked the pig's cheek dish. it's a cool edition to the hotel.

The staff checked in to ensure i was comfortable! the hotel's personnel accommodated my wishes day and night. they were constantly pleasant. I was touched by their kindness.

coffee capsules swimming pool
the reception staff seemed great.. breakfast had a wide variety for everyone.
I encountered a problem with the television. I asked for it to be fixed for three days, but it wasn't. i also didn't receive regular coffee capsules, only decaffeinated ones. additionally, i was not offered a towel at the swimming pool.
