friendly staffgreat locationstale granolaempty saucepan
the staff were very friendly. the hotel was clean. the location was close to everywhere. we were there for our anniversary and they kindly decorated the room and kept a bottle of wine for us!!!
the breakfast was nice. however, the granola was stale and inedible. every morning there was an empty scrambled eggs saucepan no matter how early we were.

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby areas.
The room had some serious issues. The layout was odd, and the lighting was really poor. I found the ac and heating unit to be dusty, a problem. The pillows felt uncomfortable.

I stayed in the Privilege Double Room balcony. It had a nice street view. The bed had nice linen. It was comfortable. The metro station was only 3-5 minutes away.
This caused a slight delay once.

Charming Stay Close to Everything

The location really worked well for me. It allowed quick access to the Opera subway. I could reach the Gare de Lyon train station and other central spots with ease. The staff members were friendly and efficient. I found the rooms to be very clean upon arrival.
The breakfast was nice, but I found the granola to be stale. It was also inedible, a shame.

The team provided excellent assistance. They were helpful and committed to my needs. It was noticeable. The reception staff were always smiling and ready to assist with directions. I found their warmth.

The location proved convenient and accessible, a big plus. The hotel is close to many points of interest. Getting around was very easy and convenient. I particularly appreciated its proximity to restaurants and shops.
