Excellent Hotel Experience
clean facilities lovely touch
The hotel has clean facilities. The hotel organized a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. It was a lovely touch. The room had lots of space. The bar area was also nice.
I found the service and attention to detail lacking. The lounge and restaurant staff seemed slow and unmotivated. I noticed visitors were often frustrated waiting for assistance .

The hotel features a pool with a shallow end for children. Guests can also relax in the jacuzzi, or use the fitness center that contains treadmills, elliptical machines, and weightlifting equipment. I saw that there is also a business center, open 24/7.

flawless stay!
metro station wide selection attentive staff adequate equipment
the hotel's proximity to the metro station was invaluable. it allowed very easy access to various city attractions. the breakfast offered a wide selection of options. i found the staff helpful and attentive. the gym has adequate equipment.
The executive lounge was quite warm during the day due to sun exposure. better air conditioning would improve the experience. Otherwise everything was spot on.

The reception staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. the concierge service efficiently handled our luggage storage and retrieval. i appreciated their prompt attention. the restaurant personnel were attentive.

my executive room included a large work desk and ergonomic chair. the bathroom featured two sinks and a rainfall shower, the air conditioning system maintained a consistent and comfortable temperature. the bed was large. and comfortable.

great breakfast huge selection rusty bathtub temperature problem
The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast was great with a huge selection of food (especially the cheese bar!).
I had problems with the thermostat. Manipulating it did not seem to work. I found hair on the toilet, bathtub, and a tea plate in my room. The bathtub was old and rusty and did NOT retain water well when bathing.

fantastic hotel experience
helpful receptionist complimentary wine great breakfast selection
the receptionist was very helpful, and i received a complimentary bottle of white sparkling wine upon arrival. i was even more surprised to find another bottle of white wine waiting for me in my room on the 17th floor, along with a compliment on the table. the breakfast offered a great selection, including fruit, bread, salami, eggs, various yogurts, cheese, good coffee and even a gluten-free corner with pretzels.
the hotel seemed a bit dated on the inside, with some wear visible on the walls and carpets. it felt more like a 4-star experience than a true 5-star. i noticed a slight odor in the lobby at times.

lovely city stay
panorama view room upgrade
the panorama view from the room was very nice. i had a room upgrade, i really appreciated it. the location is perfect and the pool is top after a whole day walking in the beautiful city.
the shower didn't drain, i had to call for service. staff were generally friendly and tried to help but too few staff were working for the size of the hotel. the air conditioning was not working either and the window did not open.
