The staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast was great with a huge selection of food (especially the cheese bar!).
I had problems with the thermostat. Manipulating it did not seem to work. I found hair on the toilet, bathtub, and a tea plate in my room. The bathtub was old and rusty and did NOT retain water well when bathing.

the receptionist was very helpful, and i received a complimentary bottle of white sparkling wine upon arrival. i was even more surprised to find another bottle of white wine waiting for me in my room on the 17th floor, along with a compliment on the table. the breakfast offered a great selection, including fruit, bread, salami, eggs, various yogurts, cheese, good coffee and even a gluten-free corner with pretzels.
the hotel seemed a bit dated on the inside, with some wear visible on the walls and carpets. it felt more like a 4-star experience than a true 5-star. i noticed a slight odor in the lobby at times.

the reception staff provided very helpful assistance , especially with check-in and requests for information, demonstrating a high level of professionalism (and genuine care).

the panorama view from the room was very nice. i had a room upgrade, i really appreciated it. the location is perfect and the pool is top after a whole day walking in the beautiful city.
the shower didn't drain, i had to call for service. staff were generally friendly and tried to help but too few staff were working for the size of the hotel. the air conditioning was not working either and the window did not open.
