the location was acceptable the building itself has some character.
i found that staff didn't address my payment issue after i flagged it upon arrival this was frustrating as it caused unnecessary stress and was not resolved the lack of follow-up created a negative impression.

the location of the hotel was acceptable, and it was easy enough to walk to the main attractions.
the breakfast was a bit chaotic (to say the least). there were not many gluten-free options available, and the staff did not seem overly cute. also, i thought the restrooms were not nice at all.
