I found the location super convenient, especially since it was near New Street Station. The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. The room had essentials available upon request. I also found a nice, hot shower with good pressure.
The room size felt very small. I think advertising rooms without windows as doubles may not work because there isnt much space for two people.

Wilson and Eliza were perfect hosts. They are warm and very helpful with all requests. Anjali and Velfany at the reception was very kind.

There are pubs and eateries in the area. It makes it simple to find food near the hotel. I had some coffee at the reception too, it was available at no cost.

the location was convenient since it was close to the train station.
The room was quite small. I felt a bit cramped. also, there was only one towel provided, inconvenient as i was staying for a few nights. i had to ask for an additional towel at the reception, not a big deal but a bit annoying.
