easy location smooth check-in
i found the location convenient, especially since i needed to catch an early train. the proximity to the station made my travel stress-free. the staff, particularly hony, provided a smooth and easy check-in process.
the room lacked a proper place to store luggage, i had to keep my suitcase on the floor, which wasn't ideal. it would have been great to have a small rack or designated area for suitcases to keep the room more organized.

excellent location clean room smooth check-in comfortable stay
The hotel has an excellent location, very close to transportation. The room was clean. I found this very important. Violeta was lovely, she made the check in a really smooth process. The staff ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I noticed the bathroom door was a bit difficult to close completely. This was a minor inconvenience.

I found the location super convenient, especially since it was near New Street Station. The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. The room had essentials available upon request. I also found a nice, hot shower with good pressure.
The room size felt very small. I think advertising rooms without windows as doubles may not work because there isnt much space for two people.

There are pubs and eateries in the area. It makes it simple to find food near the hotel. I had some coffee at the reception too, it was available at no cost.

the location was convenient since it was close to the train station.
The room was quite small. I felt a bit cramped. also, there was only one towel provided, inconvenient as i was staying for a few nights. i had to ask for an additional towel at the reception, not a big deal but a bit annoying.
