The hotel's location was super convenient, especially being a quick walk from penn station. my room on the 27th floor had an very nice view. the a/c worked perfectly. I really appreciated that.
the soundproofing was not ideal, and street noise was noticeable, even on the 19th floor.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially kathrine, who gave me a very kind welcome. aaron whitining was one of the best employees i encountered. He was very polite.

The room was spacious and quiet. i enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room. It was a nice convenience. the hotel also offers pre and post check-in luggage storage, a great perk!

friendly stafflack of light
the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful when asked questions.
drilling started early each morning, and it was difficult to concentrate. the lack of natural light in the room was also disappointing as it faced an internal courtyard and felt quite dark even during the day, it wasnt very nice.

The location was pretty good. It was easy enough to get around the area.
The room i booked, a king room city view, wasn't great. It faced a brick wall, so there was no view at all. the air conditioning unit was loud, and i couldn't adjust it properly. It kept cycling on and off all night, which disrupted my sleep on more than one night.
