adequate stay with a few drawbacks
good breakfastshort shower curtainmissing wi-fi
the breakfast offered a good variety, meeting my basic morning needs.
I found some issues . the shower curtain was too short, resulting in water spilling onto the bathroom floor (i had to improvise). also, my room lacked both television and wi-fi. I was informed this was a known issue awaiting repair.

poor wi-filimited breakfast
i have to say, i wasn't thrilled with a couple things. first, the wi-fi was pretty bad in my room. i needed it for some work, so that was frustrating. also, the breakfast, while included, wasn't really up to par. the options were limited, and the quality wasn't great. i ended up getting coffee elsewhere most mornings.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful! I appreciated the convenient location, it has easy access to many places. The breakfast options provided a great start to the day, it included fruit. The laundry room access was a HUGE benefit, it costs $1 a load to wash and $1 to dry.
The furniture in the room IS old.

Breakfast had a wide selection of items with fresh fruit, a REALLY nice touch. There were options like waffles, bagels, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, eggs, jams, and peanut butter. A variety of beverages were available to complement the meal, a GREAT addition.

The hotel PROVIDES a laundry room, a HUGE convenience for longer stays. It costs $1 per load for washing and $1 for drying, a total bargain. The machines are in the basement and in VERY good working order.

The subway station is right across the street from the hotel, it made getting around EASY. The location offers walking distance to attractions, a HUGE plus. There are PLENTY of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very practical.

The front desk staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Kianna from the office came to assist, it was wonderful service. The staff always SMILE, it creates a cute atmosphere and pleasant experience.
