Really good Stay at the Estate

The grounds were beautiful, and I felt secluded from busy roads. The hotel's design ensures privacy, so I barely noticed other guests. The staff made our special occasion nice, offering champagne and balloons upon arrival. The food at The Barn restaurant proved delicious.

I enjoyed the complimentary champagne. That was a nice touch. the team made sure we got another reservation with another restaurant at the hotel. i also really liked the beautiful grounds. It was nice to go for a walk. the atmosphere in the hotel felt very peaceful.
i was overcharged consistently. i got three bills . a discretionary service charge was added even before i entered the room. this.

service chargebilling errors
consistent overcharging really bothered me. i received three separate bills, and each one included errors. a discretionary service charge looked before i even entered my room. also they did not give proper apologies after pointing it out, it makes you feel cheap.

We came to celebrate my wife's birthday. the grounds displayed autumn colors. It was beautiful. the staff was helpful and i witnessed a beautiful sunset over the lake. the dinner at 'woven' proved a sublime experience. It added much to the occasion.
the phone chargers near the bedside table in our room didn't function. this caused a small inconvenience .

a nice stable stay

The hotel boasts excellent features, including a beautiful mansion. the stable, garden, tennis facilities, and horse riding experiences enhance the stay. my daughters enjoyed a birthday celebration in the suite. There were very nice decorations, chocolate, and birthday treats awaiting them. the grounds were beautiful. The buggy carts made it easy to move around quickly.
noise from the stables became a slight issue. the front door of several rooms created a bang each time someone entered. footsteps from the people upstairs were also audible, something you don't expect in a five-star hotel.

The staff made sure we got another reservation with another restaurant. We also received a complimentary glass of champagne. The grounds are lovely and well looked after. The swimming pool and spa are beautiful.

the service was great, . they went beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyed. i loved how everything was amazing. the food in both the barn and the woven was very nice.
staff, i felt. it is sold as a family hotel, but the hotel does very little to welcome children or provide activities. the fact is, there are only certain times when children can use the swimming facilities.
