The room was beautifully appointed, and it was also super tidy. I found plenty of plugs for all my devices on both sides of the bed (a very useful detail!). The front desk staff was very accommodating. They helped me secure parking, even without a prior reservation.

My Graduate King Room included a comfortable king-sized bed. ample space for luggage. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, and there were plenty of high-quality toiletries provided for personal use. The room size was adequate.

The wellness spa offered a variety of treatments and a very high standard of service. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, and the equipment seemed well-kept. The bar and restaurant areas were excellent and beautifully decorated.

The hotel offered valet parking. This seemed helpful initially.
I was frustrated to discover that my car was damaged by the valet service, with the repairs estimated to be quite expensive. It is still not resolved after many weeks, showing poor communication from the hotel.

I found the staff genuinely helpful when i needed assistance with directions. the bed was indeed comfortable. parking availability added much convenience to my stay. I didn't need to worry about finding a spot elsewhere.

I felt pampered. the doorman greeted us with such warmth, a welcome i'll always remember. our room had the most charming alice in wonderland theme. The rabbit bedside lamps were an absolute delight. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! especially the scrambled eggs cooked in butter.
the temperature control was centralised, so i couldn't adjust it in our room. this made things a little uncomfortable.
