generally satisfied stay
the hotel was clean and well maintained. the room was also clean and nicely decorated. the breakfast was one of the best i have had in a hotel. it had excellent quality, plenty of choice and it was quickly replenished when it ran out.
i ordered food from the bar. it was overdone and lukewarm when it arrived so that was not a good start. i also was not.

beverage machine breakfast disappointment
the swimming pool and sauna facilities were a highlight .
I found the breakfast disappointing. One beverage machine was off, and the other dispensed only hot water. a staff member shrugged when i asked about it, implying no coffee was available.. it felt rather underwhelming.

Excellent stay with minor hiccup
attentive service prompt catering quick plate removal
Nikki in the restaurant was very attentive. She catered promptly to all our needs. She were very good too ensure that we received everything we ordered, though we were at a large table. Plates were taken away quickly.
The toilet had wee around it when I first arrived. Dinner service took one hour to deliver a steak. These issues aside, my stay was lovely.
