I booked the Pavilion Garden Suite with Hot Tub and it was excellent. The room's cost felt justified. The staff offered friendly, professional, attentive assistance.
the large car park was a minute's walk from reception. Dropping off bags requires a turn outside. This arrangement posed a slight inconvenience.

The Crummock room in the new section is ideal. It features a large, modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom. A balcony adds to its appeal and there is no carpet present.

the staff welcomed me warmly the beautiful double room was super clean. i appreciated the beautiful gardens outside the meals were delicious.
upon arrival i discovered snacks in my room but they were never replenished even after three nights i got the same amount as a one-night guest

The location was great. It was on the edge of town. the staff were friendly. our room was in the main building with a proper balcony. i loved the view of the garden with its plants and trees. It was very relaxing.
our room was a bit dark it needed some additional lighting. i found some paint peeling, though it was minor.

The food tasted really nice. The staff was very attentive. The location provides good access to local walking trails directly accessible from the hotel.
The housekeeping standards was inconsistent. Some towels showed stains. There was mould present in the shower. The floor seemed dirty after housekeeping had serviced the room.
