the location was near kings cross station. staff helped with bike storage for my flight. the room matched its description online. the staff was helpful and answered my questions as a solo traveler. i felt safe . complimentary tea, coffee, water, and cookies were available. check-in was efficient.
the room lacked air conditioning, a minor inconvenience.

the location is very good. i found many good restaurants nearby. access to kings cross and st pancras is right across the street. it was a huge help that they held our bags for free after check-out.
the room i had was small. the bathroom especially was tiny. i was on a higher floor, the third or fourth floor i believe.

the hotel is very close to king's cross station so it was easy to get around the city. there was a helpful luggage room i used. i found a large underground map on the wall very useful. i also appreciated how friendly the reception staff were.
the bathroom was a little small and i nearly tripped on the step up from the bedroom

The location proved convenient! it was near king's cross station. the availability of single rooms allowed me to save money. these rooms still offered comfortable accommodations. the staff was helpful, and they were available to assist with my luggage up the stairs. A very steep staircase indeed.
the bathroom shower cubicle was quite small, it was difficult to move around freely.
