excellent sushi quiet location early check loyalty program
The location of the hotel is very quiet. The staff is LOVELY. The sushi at the restaurant is excellent, I really appreciated it.
I booked through a third-party site, maybe thats why. i'm not sure this hotel is aware of any loyalty Program. I arrived early and asked for an early check in, but the room WASN'T ready until the check in time.

delicious meal relaxed vibe very nice food
Tokii restaurant's meal was delicious!!! the service was amazing, a huge thank you to rishi!!! the food was very nice too. Patrick, the sushi chef, is top quality!!! i recommend the seabass & shiso maki. the miso black cod.

supportive staff well-kept rooms convenient location
i found the staff supportive. rooms were well-kept. the location is very convenient to reach many parts of the city. arriving, the staff offered me tea and and or champagne.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

toki restaurant has delicious food (i loved the spicy tuna maki!). the service was attentive and friendly. the evening was lovely, and i would happily recommend dining there to anyone.

the hotel is a short walk to marble arch tube station. it enjoys a central location, yet it's slightly set back. i found it easy to reach various attractions from here (oxford street is close!).

Mixed feelings about my stay
poor cleanliness unwelcome feeling
The location was convenient, close to transportation and several attractions.
The cleanliness was not up to par. I noticed dust in corners and the bathroom floor seemed not properly cleaned. There was also an odd smell in the room upon arrival, which I found quite off-putting (I mentioned it, of course). Staff initially seemed reluctant to address it.

The staff were very great. The concierge efficiently managed luggage and taxi arrangements. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of options available during breakfast. The in-house restaurant offered exquisite dining experiences.
I noted only a very minor issue, the minibar's snack options were not complimentary, which caused a small billing misunderstanding at checkout.

My room featured super comfortable bed linens and plush, thick bath towels. The complimentary drinks selection was generously stocked, offering various options. The room decor also promoted a tranquil atmosphere , complemented by an elegant design.

The room had quality amenities and features. I appreciated the special tea blends and unique robes provided! Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably , and their service was very fast. The hotel's location is convenient, being about a five-minute walk to Marble Arch and approximately fifteen minutes to Paddington.
