The beds provided excellent comfort. Blackout curtains were installed and this was great. I appreciated the water softener used throughout the hotel. Large bottled water was also provided, with easy access to drinking water.

I found the staff helpful. They seemed genuinely committed to ensuring guests felt welcome. the hotel's proximity to the train station really eased travel into central london. i pre-booked parking and appreciated the convenience this provided, saving time and hassle upon arrival.
i noticed the absence of a refrigerator in my room, it would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.

The staff were very attentive . The decor of both the hotel and my room was very nice! The hotel had a luxurious feel. I appreciated the radio playing when I entered the Family Room. This was a nice detail.
One minor inconvenience was the noisy plumbing in the room. I hope this will be fixed .

the hotel's location near kew gardens was alright.
the room i booked, a small double room, felt cramped. there was barely enough space to open my suitcase without completely blocking the way. also, getting anyone's attention at the front desk seemed unnecessarily difficult.
