I felt welcomed there. The staff were very nice. the room was clean and comfy, with a good bed. i appreciated the practical location near two train stations. tokyo station is a 10-minute walk. Kyobashi station is only two minutes away.
the ac could not be switched between hot and cold. visiting in the fall, it was a real problem for me. i asked for a thinner blanket, but they didn't have one.

the location is ideal , with tokyo station a short walk away. the communal area included a well-equipped kitchen , perfect for preparing simple meals. i found the laundry and dryer room convenient , especially after several days of travel. fresh cartoon wallpaper and murals added a touch of whimsy.
i noticed a slight gap under the door , allowing light into the room , , made it a little difficult to darken the space completely for sleeping.
