The STAFF displayed immense hospitality . the aquapark was definitely a highlight, providing one of the best experiences. the italian restaurant 'paprika' stood out with both food quality and service. the room was comfortable and always super clean. The housekeeping team was responsive.
the wifi was spotty. it sometimes worked, sometimes didn't.

the staff was friendly everywhere i went the beach had nice activities available it was easy for my kids and me to move around. the aqua park had fancy slides for all ages. i would definitely come again it was so clean.

the hotel was impeccably clean, and i found it refreshing! mohammed kept our family queen or twin garden view super clean, even crafting towel animals daily. the array of food options delighted everyone, with varied choices and a dedicated children's section. various restaurants offered amazing options.
sometimes, finding visible information about the animation programs proved a bit challenging, a very minor point!

the staff was so kind and always available. lydia at reception greeted us warmly upon arrival. she looked after me and my wife throughout our stay and was really a role model employee for the hotel.

great varietyhappy staffvarious singers
the food was amazing!!! there was so much choice and variety which changed most days. the restaurant staff were happy to get drinks so my meal was undisturbed. entertainment was different every night with singers and synchronised swimming.
the room was slightly dated.
