charming riad with attentive staff

the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed the riad became my favorite part of the whole trip when my kids were tired of being outside they could explore the riad for hours or play chess i also appreciated them accommodating me for an extra night due to flight issues ensuring i had secure transport to the airport the next day the food was excellent as well
the music was playing at 10pm when i was trying to sleep there were people in the swimming pool after 11 at night i could hear everything it was not a relaxing experience

the bedroom was large it was cleaned daily there were many areas to relax throughout the riad the architecture and interiors are fine with a calm atmosphere to admire

This place is like a fairytale. My room, the Fatiha Suite, had stylish grandeur. Beds were made daily and I was happy to rest there. I really appreciate AC in the hot days.
Finding staff sometimes required a bit of searching, and there is no proper reception area.

This riad feels special, like discovering a hidden world. The staff ALWAYS were great. They ensured I had everything I needed. I explored the riad for hours. There were so many unique spaces. When I needed transport to the airport, they arranged it efficiently.
The Medina is quite vibrant! so you can expect some local sounds.

The staff was really helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. The food was also excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience there.
The music played late at night. It was difficult to sleep because of people in the swimming pool late at night. Everything was very audible.
