The check-out time at 12 noon was REALLY convenient. Good WiFi speeds. Two grocery stores across the street allowed for quick access to essentials.

The staff at the reception was helpful. They spoke multiple languages, which helped ALL guests. Staff was always available to assist with any requests, including directions and recommendations.

inconsistent room servicefaulty mini-fridge
I found the room service to be inconsistent. One day, fresh towels were not provided. The replacement only occurred after a call to the front desk. the mini-fridge was not cooling properly. I had to request maintenance to address it, and this caused a delay in storing some temperature-sensitive items.
