the breakfast was great (especially the cooked-to-order selections). the receptionist was very cute, giving me detailed information about the area. i found the room decor well-thought-out and appreciated its cleanliness. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.

the staff gave me a warm welcome and helped me with local information. breakfast was also fantastic (the full english was my favourite!).
i could hear a lot through the walls, which affected my sleep. the people above me were walking around, and the floorboards were creaking.

the king room had a very comfortable super king bed. noble isle toiletries were a lovely addition to the room. coffee was readily available with the in-room machine.
the wifi signal was weak, impacting tv channel usage. i could clearly hear noises from the room above (especially early in the morning).
