The location was central! it was easy to walk to many places and public transportation was close by. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with directions or recommendations. i liked having a fridge available to use. It helped keep drinks cold.
The stairs were quite steep. Carrying luggage up to the room was a bit challenging.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made check-in so easy! the location was perfect. I could easily walk to the city center and many restaurants. i also found a handy supermarket right next door. That was a real bonus. the bed was comfortable and clean!
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms sometimes. it wasn't a huge problem, but it did wake me up once or twice during the night. better soundproofing would be great!

the staff was very helpful and polite. i really liked the kitchen by reception that guests could use it had free coffee and tea microwave and fridge.
our room was not serviced at all. we were told that we would not be disturbed but did not realise that the room would not be made up at all during the day

the hotel had a great location near tram lines (made getting around very easy). i think i even got an upgrade to a double room, it offered extra space. there was also a kettle in the room. tea, creamer, and sugar downstairs until 11pm.
the walls seemed a bit thin, i could hear people walking above and talking outside my door at night. i booked a double bed, but i got two singles pushed together. there also wasn't much natural light in the room (this wouldn't be ideal for long stays).
