a restful night in a beautiful setting
helpful staff continental options comfortable bed spacious room
The staff was excellent and always ready to help. The room was spacious and beautiful! i found the bed comfortable. I slept really well. the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of continental options. It was a real delight.
The taps in the rooms made an awful noise, and it wasn't just in my room. Anytime someone washed their hands there was a loud noise of pipes.

the double room included an espresso machine with four pods, a very comfy bed, and pillows i adored. a nice sized shower room provided plenty of usb points for all my devices, so convenient.

The conference centre has a good atrium reception area. The university campus was especially quiet. it was a short walk to a bus stop that took me to the city, and free parking was very helpful.

The location proved convenient for my needs. The staff exhibited great civility and helpfulness . The room was spacious. The bed offered really good comfort, so i slept really well.
I noticed slight maintenance issues as the sink made a lot of noise. This was when the water ran.

adequate stay with some hiccups
flooded bathroom unhelpful staff
the room size was acceptable.
My assigned room had issues. Specifically the bathroom lacked a proper shower enclosure, this led to the entire bathroom floor getting soaked after each shower, i asked for help and received more towels only, additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in resolving this inconvenience, it was disappointing given the price.

warm water cold restaurant
The room was spacious and the staff were friendly . A water tap on the ground floor was a nice touch, I appreciated having easy access to drinking water.
I had a problem with the shower, the water was only warm. The restaurant was very cold when I went for breakfast, and this. the bar did not have Prosecco, disappointing.
