charming stay near the waterfront
sloping floors modern bathroom cooked breakfast
room five was lovely.. it was not big, but had everything i needed. the sloping floors added character, and the modern bathroom included an excellent shower. the breakfast quality was superb, with a good selection of continental items and cooked options.
the doors accessing my room did not securely close, but i was able to lock the room door from the inside.

amazing central stay!
great location super clean room
The location was great. i loved that it was super close to the shops and attractions. I could walk everywhere easily! the rooms were beautifully decorated and super clean (so clean!).
the stairs to my room were quite steep. i had to be extra careful going up and down, especially with my luggage.

Wonderful Pub Stay!

I found the location superb and quite close to the waterfront. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful throughout my stay. My room had a nice modern bathroom with a great shower. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning with a great selection of options.
The stairs to my room were a little steep and narrow, so I had to be extra careful.

town centre car park faulty shower tap urine smell
The location was acceptable for accessing the town centre and also the car park.
The shower tap in the bathroom did not work. I had to fix it myself, and it took a long time to get it working correctly. The men's toilets near the entrance to the rooms reaked of urine. I had to hold my breath while passing by..

amazing experience!
free parking comfortable room fresh milk
I was thrilled with the free parking. It saved me so much hassle. the room size really surprised me. It felt very spacious and comfortable. i was also happy to find plenty of fresh milk available upon request. It made my tea breaks perfect.
I found the shower head leaked quite a bit. It was a bit annoying to deal with during my showers, i hope this can get fixed.

The location is just very nice. It is super close to the riverside and a beautiful park. the tour bus has a stop right next to the hotel, a huge advantage for exploring the area.

Breakfast offered plenty of choices. I found it really satisfying. restaurant pricing seemed very reasonable, so i didn't hesitate to dine in. the staff during breakfast and other meals were really lovely too.

helpful staff room decoration cooked breakfast cold room broken radiator faulty tap
the staff seemed friendly and helpful, that i do appreciate. i got a beautiful room and it was decorated pretty well. breakfasts were tasty and freshly cooked.
my room was pretty cold. the radiator was off when i arrived. also, the shower tap didnt work, i had to fix it myself.
