delicious breakfast eclectic design inadequate air conditioning no refunds
The breakfast was delicious with a menu to select items. i found the staff to be friendly. They welcomed guests warmly. the rooms were spacious according to european standards. i really liked the hotel's chic and eclectic design.
Lack of air conditioning in the room was an issue. A fan was provided, but it did not adequately cool the space. the hotel is situated in a less accessible alley. it made arranging transportation challenging. they also did not offer refunds which was problematic.

helpful staff super clean room quick resolution delicious breakfast
the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. the room was super clean. The cleaning service was thorough. i appreciated the quick resolution to a minor billing query i raised. It showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. breakfast was a treat, it set me up well for each day exploring.
the gym was a little smaller than i expected, though i still managed a decent workout.

The breakfast menu offered a selection of hot and cold items. i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. They were baked daily. coffee was strong and flavorful, a good start to the morning.

The superior double room included a seating area with a comfortable couch. i found the work desk useful. It allowed me to catch up on emails. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries. I appreciated the quality.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. it was close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. i could easily walk to most places i wanted to visit.

easy exploration hot shower office building cold room
the location worked wonders , it really allowed easy exploration. the hot shower was a treat , especially after a long day out.
my room had a view of an office building that was uncomfortably close , so the curtains stayed shut. adjusting the room temperature was impossible , and the room was too cold even in warm weather.

small room ineffective air conditioning
the room was small i felt cramped the lack of space made it difficult to relax and move around freely the bathroom was especially tiny causing inconvenience the air conditioning was not effective it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature i reported it to the front desk but the issue remained unresolved

rude behavior cold room
The location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
The front desk staff displayed rude behavior upon my arrival. I was asked for a deposit in Euros, despite already paying in advance. They refused to accept USD. They spoke in Dutch after my questions in English, as if hiding something from me, so disrespectful!!! the room climate was impossible to adjust. It remained too cold .
