solid stay IN a calm AREA
generous sizeeasy safecoffee facilitiesmodern bathroom
The room had many amenities including a fridge, iron and ironing board. i found a safe that was easy to use. tea and coffee facilities were also available. if i put the do not disturb sign up, the staff left fresh towels and glasses outside my room. I thought that was nice. the bathroom was very modern and super clean.
The heating radiator did make a big noise. It was not fun. i got zero sleep on the last night because of it. It was so bad i left by 5am.

The dining room was very nice. It had a fantastic selection of food. the options seemed tailored to suit all tastes and preferences, it was nice to see. the staff was helpful and willing to help out whenever they could. They did a good job.

The staff were happy to look after my cases for the day. i was able to leave them in their secure cloakroom using a ticket system. I did appreciate that. it added convenience to my travel day. I did not need to carry luggage around.

The location offers easy access to public transport! Tram lines 5 and 12 are nearby. They provide connections to Central Station and museum areas. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, it felt very homely. Breakfast was excellent, with good variety. The staff were friendly. They were always ready to assist.
The walls seemed thin. I could occasionally hear sounds from adjacent rooms. It was a minor distraction but noticeable.

The staff offered a warm welcome and quick assistance throughout my stay. A handwritten note and treat awaited me on arrival. They readily provided clean towels when requested, demonstrating attentiveness to guest needs.

the location proved acceptable for accessing nearby amenities.
the room assigned was far too small. the bedding consisted of two twin beds pushed together. twin linens created a separate sleeping arrangement. i also found the bathroom to have hair present on arrival, which i reported.
