Acceptable stay in a central location
outdated furniturehallway noise
The room felt quite outdated. The furniture seemed old and worn plus the air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to keep the room cool even at its lowest setting. I also found the noise from the hallway disturbing. I could hear conversations and other guests moving around at all hours.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the main square. I found navigating the city easy. the reception staff was helpful. breakfast offered a lovely start to the day. The view of the gondolas nearby was quite charming. the room seemed recently renovated. It was clean and well-kept.
The room did have a slight old-fashioned feel, like stepping back in time. The decoration was somewhat dated.

The classic double room included comfortable beds. I slept well. the room was clean upon arrival. Housekeeping maintained it daily to a high standard. The view from the windows was amazing!!!

The front desk staff was great, offering assistance with directions and local recommendations. breakfast service was attentive. Staff quickly replenished items. I appreciated their attentiveness, especially during busy times. all my requests were handled with professionalism and efficiency.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus. It sits very close to St Mark's Square. The staff seemed helpful when asked questions. Breakfast was also a good addition to my stay.
It felt smaller and not as modern. The annex where my room was located was across the street. I needed to ask reception each time to open it for me. This became a bit inconvenient.

The room I was assigned showed noticeable wear. The furniture looked tired and outdated. The bathroom fixtures was old.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent because it is near Piazza San Marco. The breakfast offered a good selection of pastries, juices, and coffee. The room was super clean and cozy, with a hairdryer provided (which was a nice plus).
The room was small, to the point where moving around the bed was difficult, I wasn't expecting that.

The hotel features a convenient luggage storage service available to guests both before check-in and after check-out, a great help. This service allowed me to explore without my bags. A private water taxi directly from the hotel dock is also an option.
