clean room good breakfast easy transport unassigned table allergy question missing cutlery
The breakfast was good and simple. The room was very clean. Local bus transport from the terminal was good! Going to central London was easy.
I was not asked if I wanted fried or poached eggs, apply, too. Cutlery was not on the tables! I had to pick this up on the way.

useless connection free wi-fi
The hotel has an excellent breakfast. I did like that.
The free Wi-Fi was more of a suggestion than a reality. Completing the login was a joke, and browsing was impossible! I wanted to check emails, but no, just a useless connection.

My room was super clean and spacious, which I appreciated. The Destinations bar had good value food and drinks, especially for an airport location. I found all the staff to be very helpful. The hotel's location is excellent for Terminal 4 and is modern and clean.
The room carpet showed slight signs of wear, like minor stains.

The breakfast buffet starts early, at 5 AM (very convenient!). The Destinations bar offers a selection of good food and drinks, especially considering its airport location. I thought the breakfast spread was good.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Dana, the receptionist, really went the extra mile. She arranged a breakfast bag for my early departure at 4 AM. I appreciated her dedication.

handy and functional stay
early flight breakfast food excellent service convenient location
location was very convenient. i did have an early flight, so its proximity really helped. breakfast was good. food service was excellent, and staff really worked hard, it was connected to the crowne plaza and holiday inn lobbies.
bedroom wasnt cleaned properly before arrival. i found breadcrumbs throughout the bed and bed side table. i also had to request towels.

the room included blackout curtains. there was a work desk with a chair available. the bathroom had a walk-in shower, its pressure was good. the room size was adequate for one person, it was approximately 20 square meters.

The location was a short walk to Terminal 4. I found it easy to transfer between terminals using the train. Breakfast included a VERY extensive buffet, a plus.
The room lacked a refrigerator. This detail could improve the guest experience.
