the club team provided excellent support. the staff ensured my preferences were met. adel and gee were particularly helpful , organizing meals to accommodate dietary restrictions. the entire hotel staff was cute and friendly.
i experienced a slight delay while waiting for room preparation.

a magical escape
meticulous attention early arrival high quality
the langham is really good with its very nice staff. i adored the meticulous attention to detail, finding a bookmark beside my book and a cloth for my glasses. the team were great too secure a room for me upon my early arrival. breakfast was fantastic, with high-quality options.
i wanted to enjoy a quiet moment downstairs with a hot drink. sadly, i learned outside food from the restaurant was not allowed in the reception area. this restriction forced me to seek a place that welcomed me elsewhere.

skateboarders screaming kids
the staff at reception were friendly enough.
I booked this hotel hoping for a luxurious experience, but i was greatly disappointed. on arrival, there were people skateboarding at the main entrance. The concierge seemed to find it amusing! kids were running through the foyer screaming, certainly not the vibe i expected for a supposedly upscale hotel.

central location peaceful room top notch service
The hotel's location was central. It provided quiet, peaceful room environment. The room had nice china and glassware. The bathroom was well-stocked with Diptyque shampoo, gel, lotions, and conditioner. I enjoyed the convenience of restocking tea and milk as consumed, a detail I appreciate. The Wigmore pub offered lunch. It delivered a good dining experience. The food was very good and the service was top notch. Every meal was a testament to quality. I found the staff's attention commendable.

excellent staff friendly bellboys beautiful spread
valentina at check-in and valentina at the spa provided excellent experiences. nassim and ian, the bellboys, greeted everyone with friendly smiles. the palm court's breakfast spread was beautiful. the text service was helpful for room updates and communication with the front desk. a lovely anniversary treat welcomed us, a nice surprise.
i booked a beautiful room, but i received the smallest room on the floor. it was smaller than the beautiful room. always ask to visit rooms before change or pay for upgrade.
