The location was superb! I could easily reach many attractions. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I really liked the breakfast. It had many choices.
Check-in felt slow. There was a bit of a queue! My room seemed a bit dark on the sixth floor. This was despite a paid upgrade! I felt it wasn't the best value.

my room was so clean and spacious, exactly what i needed after a long day of seeing sights. the location was awesome for getting around. there were many things to do right nearby. i would definitely pay to upgrade for excellent views from rooms. the hotel is beautiful with great facilities so i will be back.
the reception staff needs more training, it was shockingly bad. they were more than unwelcoming, and i seemed like a second class citizen. it, to say the least.

my studio king family room had an organized layout and was spacious, a really pleasant space. the bathroom included fluffy bathrobes, i felt great. the room included also a really useful adaptor for electrical equipment connections.

i thought the staff at illy coffee shop were excellent. alba and brunei were both great. the food was amazing!!! i had a tasty dinner after a very long day of travel.
the phone in my room was not working at all. the ac and light were also off while i slept. it was very dark and hot in the room as a result.
