i always appreciate the ample parking available. the rooms now have a very good standard of refurbishment, i noticed. the bar vouchers and bottles of water as a diamond member added considerable value to my stay.
The bed was firmer than i prefer. It did make getting restful sleep slightly difficult.

the beautiful king room included a very clean bathroom. the shower was well stocked with all necessities. the room also had a small fridge to keep items cool, i found it beneficial.

ample parking spaces made access convenient for drivers. the hotel's location offered easy routes to various parts of the city. nearby public transport options provided convenient access to the cruise port.

I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Celia was especially kind, answering all my questions and checking if I needed anything for my room.
The WiFi did not work at all on level one. The bar also had limited soft drink options. I requested an extra blanket, but one was not provided.

the rooms are big and the beds are very comfy. breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly. i enjoyed the quiet location away from the busy cruise terminal.
the fire alarms did go off several times . this meant i had a night with very little sleep and a lot of stress.

i found the room very clean. the staff was helpful and cute. They reminded guests at check in to register the vehicle registration for the free parking. Tasty food was available.
there was a water leak problem with the toilet. It seemed to be known about before my arrival. this was disturbing during the night because of constant trickling. the water was running even when i did not flush.
