insufficient seatingfaulty air conditioning
The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. it kept shutting off during the night, so the room became stuffy. imagine my delight when i had to repeatedly turn it off and on just to get some air, ensuring a terrible night's sleep. also, finding a seat in the bar was like winning the lottery. There were not enough spots for all the hotel guests. imagine that.

the room was lovely and clean.
Pillows were far too soft and i didn't sleep well. That was a real issue, really. also, the restaurant service was a let down, it was hard to get the team's attention to pay the bill and i had to wait a long time

The hotel has easy access from the terminal building after my flight touched down. I found it convenient to drop off the rental car after traveling. I enjoyed relaxing for the evening before catching my flight. The on-site restaurant offered great meals.
The air conditioning made noise all night, keeping me awake.
