A Balanced Stay
tasty food pleasant staff small steps no telephone
The restaurant offered very tasty food. The breakfast was great (especially the porridge!). I also found the staff on reception very pleasant and helpful.
I found multiple small sets of steps down all the corridors. This was a mild inconvenience with bags.

poor management changing room
the breakfast was beautifully cooked and the staff in the restaurant were friendly.
The leisure facility was a huge disappointment. the pool area was not well-managed. Some young men were causing a disturbance. there were no changing cubicles in the changing rooms. Only a single toilet was available.

quality food special care comfortable beds
breakfast offered great quality food. two toddlers received special care. staff showed politeness and valued my children. wildlife sightings, including deer, were visible from my room window. the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

cute staff clean room beautiful decor
The staff demonstrated cute behavior and provided helpful service . My room featured beautiful decorations. Cleanliness was a noticeable aspect of the room. I appreciated dining in the restaurant and enjoyed both the evening meal and breakfast.
The leisure facilities seemed to be undergoing refurbishment .

inexperienced staff unavailable wines
The room had good facilities and a view.
I found the staff to be very new and inexperienced. I asked for a pint of lager with lime, and I nearly received half a pint of lime cordial topped with lager if I hadn't noticed the drink being prepared. Some wines were unavailable. The bar even ran out of draft beer one night..
