the room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows.. i appreciated the views of the river tyne. the hotel's location is central with restaurants and bars nearby. parking was easy and convenient.

the location on the quayside provided a fantastic view of the river. the room itself was spacious with comfy beds. it was a short walk to the city centre, allowing peace at the hotel when desired. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

the hotel provides parking next to the building, a major advantage for those arriving by car. the gym features three treadmills and also two stationary bikes, which provide options to maintain their fitness routines.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage for free after checkout. the room was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the window view over the river.

I enjoyed the hotel location, it's right on the quayside. It made it easy to walk to the Utilita Arena. Parking was good value at £10, and I found a space with no issues. The complimentary drinks vouchers were a nice touch. Complimentary bottled water was available in the room fridge. Breakfast was good. Warm pastries were fresh. There were fruits, cereals, and a pancake machine too. The hot buffet selection was very good, and the sausage was top quality!
I did not like the car park instructions. They were unclear. I wasn't sure if I could use reserved business spaces. I tried calling twice, but I got no answer. The bedroom window was stuck open! The trams were loud until 1 am. I found the place quite outdated. Hot water was intermittent when I took a shower.
