good breakfast great value very good staff clean room hard mattress poor wifi confusing system lighting system
the breakfast had good value. the staff were very good. the room was very clean. facilities were also good. the location was central and convenient for train travel.
the mattresses weren't comfortable. i found them too hard. the wifi did not work very well in our room. the light system was confusing. we barely used them.

the location was ideal. it was right across from the train station.
The soft drinks at breakfast were warm. i asked for ice and was told the ice machine was broken at the bar. This felt unacceptable. the queen room with a sofa bed had an uncomfortable bed and sofa.

central location clean room security measures
i liked the location near the train station and various bars. the room was modern and clean, and it had tea and coffee facilities. i felt secure because there was a security guard checking room details at the entrance late at night.
the lift was quite small.

the hotel is very close to the train station and city center, about two minutes across the road. there are many shops, restaurants, and museums nearby. the location is also close to a metro station, about 20 minutes from the airport.

the staff members were polite, courteous, and efficient. reception staff and the security guard at the entrance were wonderful, i appreciated that. the hotel obviously prioritizes guest safety and security.

good selection friendly staff easy shower
The hotel is directly across from the train station. The breakfast had a good selection and was well-prepared. The staff members I encountered were helpful and friendly . I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom provided an easy-to-use shower.
The lift system seemed to have software issues. Guests experienced delays waiting for the lifts to arrive. I observed the lifts moving up and down without clear purpose.
