free ferry quick access fresh baked cookies chargeable water room service isolated location
the free ferry to canary wharf was convenient. it offered quick access to transport links. the food and service were both excellent. fresh baked cookies greeted me upon arrival , a lovely touch.
the small bottles of water were chargeable. i found this a bit surprising. it made ordering difficult. the location felt a bit isolated , especially at night.

adequate but with issues
dirty sink outdated room
the kettle situation was poor i had to place the tray on the floor to reach an outlet that is a low standard of safety furthermore the bathroom was not properly cleaned the back of the door had grime and the sink area was not clean these oversights impacted my perception of the hotel's maintenance practices a more thorough cleaning routine is needed i believe the room did not match the photos it was outdated.

The hotel offered a free ferry, a genuinely unexpected treat. breakfast had tasty food and variety. the location was great, with access to attractions. staff members were always helpful and friendly. Made a positive difference.

The staff responded well to my request for a different room. I was initially given a room with obstructed windows, and they quickly provided an alternative . the reception desk was efficient.

My room was a good size and comfortable. It met my needs perfectly. the hotel itself was clean and cute. the free ferry service was a great addition.

The coffee at breakfast stood out. It was genuinely amazing and a 5-star experience. the breakfast offered a wide selection. I found the variety quite excellent. the restaurant's design was also noteworthy. It was quite elegant.

Lovely Anniversary CELEBRATION!
excellent staff free ferry dietary catering
Jonas's AMAZING check-in and check-out service made our anniversary special. The bar supervisor, I am VERY sorry I forgot his name, helped us wonderfully at breakfast. The FREE ferry to Canary Wharf was a highlight. Our son ABSOLUTELY loved it! The hotel REALLY were very good too cater to our son's dietary needs. We are so grateful.
i experienced a SLIGHT delay when trying to reach the careline for assistance with room amenities.

Breakfast offered a HUGE selection of items, and the restaurant staff were really nice too accommodate specific dietary requirements , this made the dining experience really good, and everything was fresh.

Check-in was smooth , and staff provided POPCORN at the reception , the team was warm and friendly , they provided a very high level of service , this made our stay even more pleasurable.

The hotel's free ferry offered frequent transport to Canary Wharf , this made commuting easy and interesting , moreover , a bus stop was conveniently situated near the hotel , this made travelling very easy.

spacious room river view free ferry
my double guest room was spacious. i had a river view. the free ferry to canary wharf was really handy. it meant i could easily get to bars and restaurants.
i found the lifts were quite small.
