breakfast buffet pool area check-in process family unfriendliness
the breakfast buffet was diverse. there were many international and local options available, and everything tasted fresh. the pool area was also nice. it was clean and a comfortable temperature for relaxation after a long day.
the check-in process was slow and disorganized. i had to queue twice, first to check in and pay taxes, then again just to get the room key. the bar was not family-friendly.

The room featured two TVs and a good shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The pool offered a good kids area. Tosca poolside provided very convenient snacks.
The room carpets had some dirt.

The location is convenient, near many places. I found the breakfast buffet really good. The Cellar Door bar at the lobby level served good cocktails. The hotel is connected to a mall, which I found to be super convenient.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The service was prompt, with issues resolved quickly. The hotel offered a welcome cookie at check-in, a nice touch that I remember (the cookies tasted great!).
