varied breakfast convenient location dirty carpet yellow stain
the location was convenient with easy access to transport! the breakfast options were varied and quite satisfying.
The room carpet had noticeable stains. I found that unpleasant. the shower wall also had some yellow stains that needed attention.

The room featured two TVs and a good shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The pool offered a good kids area. Tosca poolside provided very convenient snacks.
The room carpets had some dirt.

impersonal staff late housekeeping
The location was handy and provided easy access to many places.
The service felt quite impersonal. Staff did not respond when I said hello, disappointing for a hotel of this level. One day, housekeeping serviced my room very late.

convenient location breakfast buffet cocktail bar
The location is convenient, near many places. I found the breakfast buffet really good. The Cellar Door bar at the lobby level served good cocktails. The hotel is connected to a mall, which I found to be super convenient.
