The room carpet had noticeable stains. I found that unpleasant. the shower wall also had some yellow stains that needed attention.

The service felt quite impersonal. Staff did not respond when I said hello, disappointing for a hotel of this level. One day, housekeeping serviced my room very late.

The service quality seemed to have declined recently. Hot water pressure was low. I barely had a hot shower (after paying a significant amount per night). Spending time resolving issues detracted from the overall holiday experience.
