luxurious stay with excellent service
warm welcome spacious room great value
i found the welcome by the check-in staff very warm after a long international flight. the hotel is perfect. my room was spacious. housekeeping left added touches that went down a treat. i thought the executive lounge was worth the money. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. the restaurant staff were excellent and met my needs. the complementary poolside fruit platter was appreciated. i also enjoyed a superb afternoon tea, great value.
during my stay, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. it made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. i expected better quality for the price i paid. i won't repeat my stay here because it was like a rundown hotel.

The room had great size and comfort. I would have liked to have some welcome drinks. (perhaps some juice?)

ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay!
friendly staff great variety birthday picture
The staff were SO friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast had such a great variety of food. I especially loved the roti canai. The hotel also surprised me with a framed birthday picture after I returned from shopping.
The gym was a bit disappointing. Some equipment looked dated and had signs of wear. I really wish they invested in newer machines.

classic elegance and convenience
spacious suite modern kitchen quality toiletries prime location
i had a spacious suite that included a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and fresh beans. the hotel provided high-quality branded toiletries in the bathroom. the staff was attentive and consistently polite throughout my stay. its location offered easy access to the pavilion mall and bukit bintang.
i found that the door closers caused doors to close loudly, disturbing sleep.

The hotel offered a cigar room with a humidor plus a detailed cigar menu. It created a sophisticated experience. breakfast had a wide array of options. the club lounge featured breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dessert and cordials.

unlimited water friendly staff
The room was super clean with numerous amenities. I found helpful touches SUCH as large UNLIMITED filtered water. The staff greeted us by name EACH time we returned to the hotel.
The breakfast in the main restaurant was merely ok.

the location was convenient to nearby shopping areas (i could walk to pavilion mall!).
the room felt a bit dated. the television had limited channels and i was unable to connect my personal devices. staff did not offer much assistance with the tv issues.
