blackout blinds separate kitchenette bathroom fan lower floor
The room was a good size with a separate kitchenette. I liked how the blackout blinds worked, as did the heating.
The bathroom fan WAS not working.

The studio apartment offered ample space. It had all necessary materials. This included tea, coffee, a cooker, pots, pans, and also washing and drying facilities. I used the dishwasher. The location was central, close to Princes Street and other attractions.
The sink in the bathroom lacked a plug. This made shaving difficult.

The reception area provided a modern, inviting space. There was also a seating area for breakfast, lunch, or snacks, so I found everything very convenient. The hotel included all essential facilities.

The hotel sits only a few streets back from Princes Street. This makes access to key attractions very easy. I appreciated the central position that it had. So, I could get to places of interest.

The staff were consistently helpful . They also helped me to extend my stay and they are very professional. Check-in and check-out were efficient. I found everything that I required was provided efficiently.

The kitchen had a coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave. There was also a refrigerator provided. I also had sufficient appliances for cooking and the preparation of meals, so this was great. I had all I needed.

lovely aparthotel experience
big tables sound insulation washer dryer
the room had two big tables. One hid under the other, you know. sound insulation was great and i cooked easily. a washer and dryer was very convenient, totally useful.
the hotel didnt clean the room unless you stayed for a week. i had to ask for soap and towels myself. its a little strange, because the stay wasnt cheap either, dont you think?

location is so central but quiet too. the apartment is near shops, restaurants, and bars, dont you know. it is easy to walk to princes street and main attractions, such as the royal mile and castle.

the lobby is furnished nicely with a parquet floor. plants and green velvet couches decorate the area, you know. there are many seating areas for drinks or work. a bar sells drinks and snacks too.

the rooms are kinda designed and spacious. the bathroom looks newly remodeled, i swear. the shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. the modern kitchenette has a cooktop, sink, fridge, and dishwasher.

clean room central location
The hotel's location was advantageous, near the city center but removed from the bustling tourist areas. The facilities inside the room were good. I also found the room to be quite spacious and meticulously clean.
I noticed inefficient air conditioning and some electric equipment was broken. our room was located on the lower ground level without windows that open.

spacious apartment well-equipped kitchen
the apartment was very spacious for my family. the kitchen had everything we needed, including a well-equipped space. i also appreciated that the staff stored our luggage after check-out.
i noticed some noise from a generator outside my window. it kept me from having a good night's sleep. i hope they can address this .

decent location, some issues with the room
insufficient toiletries street noise
I was initially pleased with the location. however, i found some shortcomings in the room itself. the bathroom lacked sufficient toiletries. I had to request more shampoo. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night, which disturbed my sleep. unfortunately, i think that is THE end.

poor cleaning inattentive staff
the location was fine and i could walk to several restaurants.
i was annoyed that the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i found hair in the bathroom and the floor hadn't been vacuumed well, there were crumbs, this made me question their cleaning standards. i also found the self-check-in kiosk impersonal and staff were not very attentive to my complaints.
