convenient and quiet
public transportation comfortable bed varied breakfast
the location was close to public transportation. the room had comfortable beds. breakfast included many choices. the staff was helpful..
the hotel website had inaccurate information about dining. the description advertised around-the-clock dining, but it was not available at the bar. only a limited pizza selection was offered late at night.

the hotel gym featured three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a weight machine. the equipment looked very well maintained. i observed several guests using the facilities .

cute staff excellent cleanliness modern design quality toiletries
i found the hotel staff cute. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the room had modern design elements. the provided toiletries were plentiful and of good quality. the location offered easy access to transportation links.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated. it could perhaps benefit from a few upgrades.

The front desk staff were consistently helpful, i asked for directions and they assisted me promptly. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, and i never had to request additional cleaning. room service was efficient. A meal i ordered arrived quickly and hot.

my premium queen room was spacious with modern décor, and i had ample space. the bed was very comfortable, i appreciated quality linens. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided ample toiletries. there was also a well-stocked mini-fridge.

poor cleaning annoying smell
the location worked fine, about a 20-minute walk to sights. the staff seemed friendly enough.
the room cleaning wasn't great. on a couple days, it seemed like the room wasn't cleaned properly. also, the restaurant smell near the entrance got annoying fast as i entered or exited.

Decent Hotel, Some Disappointing Aspects
soiled bedding dirty curtains
The breakfast buffet had many options (I especially liked the Scottish breakfast items).
The room looked clean initially, but I discovered soiled bedding. Stains covered the carpet, and dirt was on the curtains and cups. The manager sent cleaners to remake the bed but they left the soiled bedding.

adequate stay with some issues
small window dysfunctional ventilation
the room i stayed in had a very small window. dysfunctional ventilation in the bathroom was present. i reported this issue at the reception, but it was not resolved. black fungus formed on the bathroom floor as a result.
