the hotel website had inaccurate information about dining. the description advertised around-the-clock dining, but it was not available at the bar. only a limited pizza selection was offered late at night.

i found the hotel staff cute. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the room had modern design elements. the provided toiletries were plentiful and of good quality. the location offered easy access to transportation links.

the location worked fine, about a 20-minute walk to sights. the staff seemed friendly enough.

the room cleaning wasn't great. on a couple days, it seemed like the room wasn't cleaned properly. also, the restaurant smell near the entrance got annoying fast as i entered or exited.

The breakfast buffet had many options (I especially liked the Scottish breakfast items).

The room was clean initially, but I discovered soiled bedding. Stains covered the carpet, and dirt was on the curtains and cups. The manager sent cleaners to remake the bed but they left the soiled bedding.

the room i stayed in had a very small window. dysfunctional ventilation in the bathroom was present. i reported this issue at the reception, but it was not resolved. black fungus formed on the bathroom floor as a result.
