a good city center stay
easy access restful nights ample towels great comfort
the location allowed easy access to many attractions. victoria street was just steps away, such a lovely street. the bed offered great comfort. i was glad to find ample towels provided in the room after my shower.
the room was a little cold for my liking at certain times of the day.

the hotel offers breakfast at the pub adjacent to the building. the price is reasonable, and the food was AMAZING!!! this option gave convenience wanting to start their day quickly.

i appreciated the central location it made exploring very easy. the room provided all necessary amenities it was clean and well maintained.
i found the sound isolation to be a problem the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night.

The room was well-designed and had all essentials! The staff was also friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fridge. It was a nice addition.
My room faced the street and was quite noisy, despite double glazing. The toilet cistern ran continuously. It was distracting!

I loved the hotel location. It was very central to major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful . My room was spacious and well-appointed. The bedding was good quality and comfortable.
The room size was a bit smaller than expected, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The reception staff provided a warm welcome and were always smiling. They gave helpful directions and answered my questions efficiently. I felt very supported during my time here and the service was very nice.

There is a lift available and it helped with luggage transport. The next door pub provided breakfast and live music every night. This was very convenient and added to the hotel's charm.

great location quick staff
the location was amazing, i tell you (right in the heart of everything)! the staff were so kind and quick to help with every question i had. i felt really safe as a solo traveler, something that's super important to me. the room was super clean, super clean!
the room i first got had a really strong sewage smell. they switched my room, (thankfully!), but it was a bit of a hassle packing up and moving so late.

great location friendly staff comfy twin room musty smell several insects room change
The location was great. the staff was friendly. the room had everything i needed. It was a comfy twin room. i also found the shower excellent.
My room smelled musty. It reminded me of it hadn't been used recently. i noticed a few insects , including flies. i didn't report it to reception since it was a short stay, but i would have asked for another room if i stayed longer.
