Underwhelming stay. Some issues
friendly staffworn mattress
the staff seemed friendly enough, so i will give them that.
This meant i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the room was also quite sparse. The mattress felt old because i could feel the springs. the bar closed early on saturday, so i missed my nightcap.

the staff was friendly and helpful i appreciated their quick responses to all queries. my room included a little sofa table and chair. the internet worked great .
my room lacked a mini bar and a safe which would have been convenient for storing valuables and refreshments

the hotel is near bus and train stations making travel easy it is also very walkable to shops and parks offering convenient access to local attractions and transportation options .

the hotel offered a breakfast with several choices for egg preparation. there were also options for fruit and sweets. it provided a satisfactory start to the day before heading out.

the terrace area was super quiet providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel has comfortable sitting areas on the main floor giving guests spaces to relax.

the location is really strategic. it is a short walk to waverley station. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room i stayed in was spacious and had everything i needed.

the location was good, it was near public transportation.
the room i stayed in was not great. it was tiny and very warm, i don't know how people can bear to stay in the summer. there was no hot water the second morning, i had to take a cold shower.
