The staff was helpful. They answered my questions. They booked a taxi to the airport for me. I also received extra tea bags upon request. The location is very central. It is close to attractions.

convenient locationinadequate air conditioning
the location was convenient. it was close to everything i needed.
the air conditioning barely heated the room. we arrived at 10 pm and the room was freezing. even with the air on full blast at 30 degrees for four days, the room never reached a comfortable temperature, i was not pleased.
