The shuttle service ran frequently to terminals 1 and 3. i received a refund for a night i didn't need because my flight changed. The staff were very accommodating. the hotel made my travel easier because of the location and flexibility!

the hotel only provided two small water bottles. i would have liked more complimentary water, especially after a long flight.
