the shuttle bus was convenient enough to reach locations i guess it sufficed

the room i got wasn't what i expected the photos online showed a window but my room didn't have one i found that quite misleading also it was pretty small for three people the extra bed was just a rollaway cot and it made the room feel cramped

the room featured two separate sinks for convenience, and i loved the rainfall shower. there were quality linens on the comfortable beds and the room size was generous. a sensor panel controlled lighting.

the check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff greeted me warmly and were very polite. in-room dining service offered EXCELLENT options, and my requests were always fulfilled promptly. valet service was helpful.

The room was very clean. the staff was helpful. They addressed my requests promptly. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the air conditioning in my room did not get cold. the technician tried to fix it, but he was not successful. i requested extra tea and laundry bags, but i did not receive them promptly.

the hotel was modern and clean. my room had a comfy bed and a well-kept bathroom. i also found the housekeeping team very kind (they even surprised me with a birthday decoration). the free shuttle service to various locations was useful.
