spacious room fitness facilities breakfast options
the room had twin beds and felt spacious. the fitness facilities included treadmills. breakfast featured many options i desired.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.
I requested an extra bed. The receptionist said one was not available, even though we were paying for it. The cleaner said they had many extra beds. My kids were not comfortable for four nights.

the staff were perfect. they upgraded me to a suite so i experienced the full beautiful experience. fahsi was a perfect help for me with check in and check out.

convenient location helpful staff clean room dated equipment crowded area limited channels
The location proved convenient to explore different areas. Staff were helpful with directions. I observed the rooms was clean and orderly upon arrival. The bed provided adequate comfort.
The gym equipment looks dated, and several machines were out of service. Breakfast area gets crowded. I noticed the TV in my room had limited channels.

wide room nice terrace
The room was wide. the terrace was nice for sitting outside. I enjoyed that a lot.
the safety box did not work! even after calling several times, it was eventually replaced, though still did not function correctly.
