the team was excellent. they were very good helping me. they took care of ordering a taxi while getting us tea while we waited. we have stayed at ritz carlton's and i think this place tops that level of service.
the room was smaller than i expected. there was no closet, and there was too little space to use the suitcase. you could not leave it open anywhere, or you could not get anywhere else.

the hotel offered cozy dining area with comfortable beds. fluffy pillows and snuggly quilts were available. it is in a good area close to the city and haymarket station.

the room was luxurious and beautifully appointed, offering excellent amenities. the double room included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was available in the bathroom. the room was fragranced with nice smells.

the hotel location allows easier distance to airport while still being easy to town. it is close to the city and haymarket station. a bus stop is in front of the hotel.

the staff was super warm and cute. they assisted us with our heavy and oversized luggage. the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. they were very responsible to needs.
