Excellent Stay!
helpful staff ideal location great atmosphere
The super nice team. The location is close to the city center and Murrayfield Stadium. I would definitely stay again and recommend it! The atmosphere was exciting and vibrant.
I found there was no reception desk upon arrival , and no sign indicated where to register. I eventually had to ask in an office near the dining room. A simple notice would improve the arrival experience.

fantastic experience!
friendly staff welcome tea cozy room perfect location
the staff was friendly and always eager to assist. i especially liked the welcome tea, a lovely touch. my room (a twin room!) was upgraded upon arrival, and even though it was cozy, it felt charming. the location was perfect, a short distance from the airport and a quick walk to the city center.
the minibar prices were a bit too high, but that's the only small detail i can think about.

The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality, assisting with luggage and offering prompt service. they proactively addressed our needs and created a cute atmosphere. I felt valued as a guest.

delicious breakfast wonderful rooms standard room misleading wording
the dining experience was really good. breakfast was delicious and the drinks at the bar in the main dining were relaxing. the soft music made it better. i found the rooms wonderful.
i booked a suite, but was shown a standard room on arrival. i was told it was not a downgrade. they said that a 'house executive suite' is a normal room and a 'house suite' is very different. i felt this a bit misleading.

excellent stay
excellent team taxi order high service
the team was excellent. they were very good helping me. they took care of ordering a taxi while getting us tea while we waited. we have stayed at ritz carlton's and i think this place tops that level of service.
the room was smaller than i expected. there was no closet, and there was too little space to use the suitcase. you could not leave it open anywhere, or you could not get anywhere else.

the hotel offered cozy dining area with comfortable beds. fluffy pillows and snuggly quilts were available. it is in a good area close to the city and haymarket station.

the staff was super warm and cute. they assisted us with our heavy and oversized luggage. the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. they were very responsible to needs.

the staff was accommodating and friendly. the hotel included thoughtful details in decor. the room included amenities that were useful.
i stayed in the smallest room. it was only slightly larger than a closet. shimmying sideways was necessary to get around the bed.
